How This Works
For CTO: 1. Add new decisions with DEC-XXX ID (increment from last) 2. Provide context, options, recommendation 3. Link to detailed background docs if needed 4. Move to Approved/Rejected after CEO input
For CEO: 1. Review Active Decisions section 2. Add your direction in "CEO Direction" field 3. CTO will execute and move to Approved
Archive After: 90 days in Approved section → Move to 4-ARCHIVE/decisions/
