Decision Required: - Current: Supabase PostgreSQL (staging working, production empty) - Concern: Need better visual tooling for debugging - Options: Stay with Supabase, migrate to MySQL (Oracle VPS + phpMyAdmin), self-host PostgreSQL

Recommendations (CTO): - Recommended: Stay with Supabase + add DataGrip/pgAdmin for visual access - Alternative: MySQL on Oracle Free Tier if visual tools critical for CEO workflow - Not Recommended: Self-hosting (operational overhead, security responsibility)

Trade-offs: - Supabase: Less visual tooling, but managed, auto-backups, integrated with Cloudflare - MySQL: Better visual tools (phpMyAdmin), but migration cost, maintenance burden

How This Works

For CTO: 1. Add new decisions with DEC-XXX ID (increment from last) 2. Provide context, options, recommendation 3. Link to detailed background docs if needed 4. Move to Approved/Rejected after CEO input

For CEO: 1. Review Active Decisions section 2. Add your direction in "CEO Direction" field 3. CTO will execute and move to Approved

Archive After: 90 days in Approved section → Move to 4-ARCHIVE/decisions/
